Monday Unleashed

Mondays always bring the noise, and this Monday is no different.

The awesome folks who published my novella Grease Stains, Kismet, and Maternal Wisdom have unleashed their new titles. Yes, that's right, Brown Paper Publishing is at it again, this time with Sanitarium by Angela Alsaleem, When October Falls by Christopher J. Dwyer, and Old Ghosts by Nik Korpon.
And as always, every paperback title is wildly inexpensive and the PDF versions are available for free. Boo yah. It doesn't get more reader-friendly than that, folks. Check out the catalog HERE.

Also unleashed this Monday:

Storybucket 2011. Anonymous readers recommend their favorite online stories. Thanks to Erin Fitzgerald for curating, and congrats to everyone on the list. Thanks also go out to the kindly anonymous person or persons who recommended my stuff.

Smokelong Quarterly. Issue 31. Who is this Tracy Gonzalez person?

Matchbook Lit Mag. Shane Jones brings Discovery of the Pipe Square.

Be safe out there in e-land.

R.E.M. vs The Strokes

R.E.M and The Strokes have new albums out, R.E.M with Collapse Into Now and The Strokes with Angles, and I don't have either yet but I'll probably get both. I've always loved R.E.M. and the bratty brat Strokes will always have a place in my heart.

This isn't a poll about which album you think is better, but which album cover you think is cooler. You can click on the image to get a closer look.

papa was a rodeo

Congrats to the Cinnamon Urns for crushing ass last night along with Home Body and Dust Savoir at Northampton's Feeding Tube Records.

The Cinnamon Urns' Christy Crutchfield led the charge on a cover of The Magnetic Fields' Papa Was a Rodeo. It proved to be a great highlight on a night filled with great highlights. Kamikaze jumpsuit, anyone?

small doggies & some freight & some 3.2

Mr. Matty Byloos interviewed me for Small Doggies Magazine. Matty is awesome, as is Small Doggies, AS IS YOU! INTERVIEW HERE!

FREIGHT needs your freight. It really does. Learn more HERE!

Dispatch Litareview 3.2 has landed. Within its pages you will find fancy new fiction and also a review of my novella GSKAMW by the multi-talented Grant Wamack. Here's a sample:

"Bosworth takes an old concept, love, and turns it upside down on its head. Love makes us nutty, just like the characters in this book, and you would have to be insane not to give this novella a chance."
