Thanks, Great

Thanks to the Mullany's for hosting a fantastic release party in NYC for Edward's book If I Falter at the Gallows. His book is amazing, and it was an honor to be on the reader roster along with him and greats Lily Ladewig, Stephanie Barber, and Robert Lopez. It was also nice to meet some new friends and see some new old friends. The pizza was pretty good, too. Also, catching a bit of the New York Marathon at mile 24 was kind of sweet.

And hey, check out this poem from the new issue of H_NGM_N.

Snow Won

Trees toppled. Limbs peeled away. The heads of power lines were torn off. We lost power for a few days. Candles burned. Impromptu refrigerators were made from buckets and snowbanks. We learned what it meant to dread the night, to be scared of what the darkness might bring. In the end, we got off pretty easy. Now we're back. Life goes on. Roku.
