new arrivals in muh hands

Two debut print issues from two very awesome magazines have landed in my hands: Dark Sky Magazine and Big Pulp.

The amazingly slick and awesome issue of Dark Sky Magazine features work from Jensen Beach, Gabe Durham, Molly Gaudry, J. Michael Walgren, Elisa Gabbert, me(yay!), and many more. Purchase issue #1 HERE, or subscribe HERE (Pssst! Subscriptions are only $20).

The equally slick and awesome issue of Big Pulp features work from Jarrid Deaton, Steve Bennett, Sarah Hilary, Tracie McBride, Jeremy Ryan, Michael D. Turner, and many more. Purchase issue #1 HERE. Very nice.

It is 2011 and I am happy.

KUNTZ, ZEN, CLARKSON

Len Kuntz is having a week for himself. Or maybe a year. Damn. The ubiquitous Len graced the front page of matchbook yesterday, and today his words spill from my mouth over at Dark Sky Magazine. Go, Len, go.

Metazen dropped the cover of their soon to be released Christmas Charity E-book, and it is rad. Very pleased to be a part of it.

Lastly, I just heard Kelly Clarkson on the radio, and the refrain of this song makes me cringe a little bit, but it's catchy nonetheless. Embrace your inner Clarkson.

Welcome to the Terrordome or Interview Monday

(Chuck D. sounds awesome on Mondays)

Ryan Bradley (author, handsome devil, mastermind behind Artistically Declined Press (To The River!) and Sententia (Order Issue 2!) was kind enough to interview me over at Big Other. Dig it all HERE. Big thanks, y'all.

Also at Big Other today, Greg Gerke interviews the amazing Edward Mullany. Have you seen Edward's new art blog? Damn!

And over at Dark Sky Magazine, Brad Green shines the spotlight on the one and only Shya Scanlon, author of Forecast.

...people chatting it up on a Monday is nice.
