Who is Mel Bosworth?

Mel Bosworth is the two-time Pushcart nominated author of the fiction chapbook When the Cats Razzed the Chickens (Folded Word Press, 2009) the novella Grease Stains, Kismet, and Maternal Wisdom (Brown Paper Publishing, 2010) the novel Freight (Folded Word Press, 2011) and the poetry chapbook Every Laundromat in the World (STE, 2012). His work has appeared in Monkeybicycle, Per Contra, New World Writing, and Melville House, among others. Excerpts from Camouflage Country, co-written with author Ryan Ridge with illustrations by Jacob Heustis, are forthcoming in McSweeney's Small Chair and The Santa Monica Review. Mel's book reviews have appeared in Carbon Based Life-form Blues (formerly OWC), The Lit Pub, and American Book Review. He is also an associate series editor for the Wigleaf Top 50 and the curator of The Small Press Book Review

Mel lives, breathes, writes, and works in western Massachusetts.
